The curtain rises on “The Italian Cuisine towards the World Expo 2015 ”
sponsored by Expo 2015.
Participants the Italian Chef in the World, a network that brings together 3500 Italian chef working in over 70 countries around the world, Ciao Italia Ristoranti italiani nel mondo and the historic UIR – Unione Italiana Ristoratori.
The event, sponsored by INformaCIBO – the online newspaper of taste, was created in collaboration with Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma, Consorzio del Parmigiano Reggiano, Fabbri 1905 and with the support of Parma Alimentare, Cibus, Alma, Apt dell’Emilia Romagna, Ifse Scuola di Cucina, ITS Italy to Savour, Degusta and many others.
Even with the extraordinary participation of Parmigiano Reggiano Bonat Medaglia d’Oro.
Starts July 22 to 27 the international festival “The Italian Cuisine towards the World Expo 2015 ” , a week full of Italian cuisine around the world.
The event will be developed in five dishes:”Il territorio in cucina” -“The territory in the kitchen” (with Parmigiano Reggiano and not only), “Il Panino del RE”- “The Sandwich of the King (with Parma Ham and not only)”, “Dolce Italia”- “Dolce Italy (with the products Fabbri 1905 and not only), “Il Gelato nel piatto “- “Ice Cream in dish” with DOP products and the “ Cucine Regionali” “Gastronomic regions”
To prepare them and make them available to their customers hundreds of Italian chefs all over the world, from New York to Monte Carlo, from Hong Kong to Shanghai, from Beijing to Tokyo, from Seoul to Ankara, from Boracay to Moscow, from Providence (USA) in St. Petersburg, from Puerto Rico to the Sultanate of Oman and in many other places.
A fantastic showcase of food and the best Italian cuisine with recipes highlighting chefs, history, tradition, authenticity, quality and sustainability of food. The best step closer to the World Expo 2015 the Universal Exhibition in Milan dedicated to the food
